Telematics Installation for Trucking & Logistics Fleets
ELDs, GPS, AI dashcams, and trailer trackers installed at your terminal or yard, tested before we leave, and logged by serial number. Long-haul, regional, and last-mile.
Where trucking rollouts go wrong
The platform is usually not the problem. The install is. These are the issues that cost carriers time and money.
Trucks have to keep moving
Every hour a tractor sits for an install is an hour it isn’t earning. Installs need to fit around dispatch, home time, and PM schedules.
ELD changes come on a deadline
When FMCSA removes an ELD from its registered list, carriers have a limited window to switch. A late swap can leave drivers without a valid record of duty status.
Cameras only help if they’re aimed right
A dashcam that is tilted, blocked, or losing power won’t capture the clip you need after a crash. Calibration and clean power matter.
Mixed equipment
Different model years, makes, and diagnostic ports across the fleet. Each truck may need a different harness or mounting plan.
Trailers go dark
Trailers sit in drop yards with no tractor attached. Trackers need the right power source, whether that’s a battery, the trailer circuit, or a solar panel.
Terminals in many states
One terminal goes smoothly and another goes sideways. Without one plan and one standard, quality varies by location.
One crew, one standard, every terminal
We are brand-neutral. We install whatever platform you chose, and if you haven’t chosen yet, we’ll give you a straight answer about what fits.
- ELD installation and swaps, scheduled around your drivers’ time at the terminal
- AI dashcam and multi-camera installs with calibration and aim checks
- Trailer and asset trackers, with roll-out solar where it makes sense
- Project management for multi-terminal rollouts: schedule, dispatch, tracking, and close-out
- Quality control to find offline units and fix bad installs, ours or anyone else’s
- Driver and manager training so the data gets used

Trucking questions
Can you install at night or on weekends?
Often, yes. Tell us when your trucks are parked and we’ll build the schedule around it. We confirm the plan with you before the first install day.
Our ELD provider was removed from the FMCSA list. Can you help us switch?
Yes. We can help you plan the swap, remove the old devices, and install the new ones. You are responsible for choosing a registered device and keeping your logs compliant, so check the FMCSA registered and revoked lists as you plan.
Do you install on trailers as well as tractors?
Yes. We install trailer trackers, door and reefer sensors, and solar charging where needed.
Do you sell the devices?
No. Your platform provider supplies the hardware. We install it, test it, and document it.
How many trucks can you do per day?
It depends on the devices, the trucks, and how many bays we can use. We give you a realistic estimate during planning.
Ready to get your trucks connected?
Tell us about your fleet and terminals and we’ll get back to you within two business days.
